    Provides tools and techniques that focus on the special issues faced by senior leaders in our complex business environment.
  • The Heart of Leadership (Our premier program for mid-level managers and supervisors)
    Based on our powerful model for creating high-trust, high performance teams, participants learn how to deliver honest, clear communications, move through roadblocks, manage diversity of work style, and master tough coaching situations.

    This program is based on the notion that for optimal success, employees at every level need to assume leadership behaviors. High-Powered Teams

  • Creating a High-Trust, High-Performance Senior Leadership Team
    Provides senior management teams with the behavioral roadmap to leading productive employees and achieving profitability by working together to collaboratively deal with the major issues and driving down through the organization a culture that promotes accountability and trust.
  • New Leader and New Team Integration
    Quickly engaging a newly appointed leader with all team members; and then creating a unified "whole" with the individuals in a newly formed team.
